It is a fraud Company
They are cheats, I order grass trimmer and brush cutter from bighatt.com and paid them rs8245 throgh bhim app. After some days they gave a docket of delhivery company and after verifying the status with delhivery.com it was showing that the ordered machine was not handed over to the courier company. When i contacted bighaat.com on customer care after dialling for hundred of times, they told that they cannot fulfill the order and they will refund.but that refund never came to me. They always make one reason or another, gives me fake refrence numbers, problem with payu and so many. i have posted them my bank statement many time to show that refund is not credited in my account. but they are prefessional roghes,cheaters. Please donot buy anything from them, they will ruin yiur hard earned money. Bighaat.com is a cheaters site. donot buy,donot buy,donot buy and save yourself from further harassment.For purchasing anything go for Amazon.com, flipkart.com but never ever try your money with boghaat.com.
